Administrator - 6 months
Our client is currently looking for a strong administrator for a fixed term contract of 6 months in the Fareham area. This could be extended.
You will be supporting the end-to-end recruitment administration process for employees, apprentices, workers, and volunteers.
You will be arranging DBS checks at the correct level.
You will be administrating ID badges and ensuring all staff, workers and volunteers have these. As well as putting them on to the system with corresponding photos.
You will be monitoring the social media and website. Answering any queries and comments.You must be confident working in a fast-paced and busy environment.
This role is hybrid, working in the office a minimum of 1 day a week.
The working hours are 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.
