Junior HR Generalist
Pure are pleased to be working exclusivity with a growing organisation who are looking for a Junior HR Generalist . You will be involved in all aspects of HR Administration, recruitment, resourcing, payroll and employee relations. This role provides a comprehensive, flexible and proactive administrative service to the wider HR team. This role is based on a 6-7months Maternity contract basis.
Resource planning support, liaising wth the project teams on resourcing requirements in the different business areas.
Supporting the HRBP and the Group HR Director with the delivery of the HR Business Plan
Getting involved in HR related projects as and when required, including wellbeing
Assist with holiday/sickness cover when needed
Supporting with low level employee relations cases in particular probationary reviews, asbsence
HR Projects supporting the Group HR Director/or the Senior the Business Partner
Support with recruitment campaigns, including advertising, shortlisting and inductions when required
Attending assessment centre daysKey requirements:
1 years HR Administration or HR experience
Must have HR System knowledge and ATS systems
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Previous experience of an ATS
Excellent IT skills
Excellent administration skills Remote/hybrid based
