Part Time History Teacher (Long-Term) - Jan Start - Medway

Position Overview:

As a History Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire young minds and instill a love for the subject through your creative and interactive teaching methods. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver well-structured lessons that align with the national curriculum, catering to the diverse learning needs of students.
Foster a stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and independent research.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to facilitate their progress and academic growth.
Establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/guardians to foster a collaborative and supportive learning community.
Contribute to the development and implementation of extracurricular activities, such as history clubs or educational trips, to enhance students' learning experiences.
Stay updated with the latest educational developments and teaching techniques in the field of History, continually enhancing your own professional development.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in History or a related field.
Proven experience teaching History at secondary level, with a track record of achieving excellent student results.
Sound knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to effectively incorporate technology into lessons.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
A passion for History, with the ability to inspire and instill a love for the subject in students.
