Mixture of hospital and community work
F2F visits required however mainly remote working apart from Thursday morning meeting.
Office is available for candidates if they wanted in County Hall
Candidate needs to have Safeguarding experience, fast paced team experience.The Safeguarding Team will provide short term intervention (usually 3 working days) during which time they will aim to make enquiries to enable them to:
Apply safeguarding thresholds.
Identify and take steps to address any immediate risk.
Meet or discuss with the person involved to establish what their outcomes are in relation to the safeguarding enquiry. Where there are any doubts about the person's capacity to consent to the enquiry and advise of their outcomes, a mental capacity assessment and if necessary best interest decision in relation to this will be undertaken.
