Position: Construction Support Manager - Store ManagerRate: £225 (Indicative Outside IR35) FLAT Rate
Location: London
Start date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12 months
Working Arrangements: Mainly Nights with some Days and Weekends
A Store Manager is needed for store keep up and possible utilisation on works based in London area for a leading Infrastructure business to be seconding into TFL.
Duties:
Issue materials to contractors alongside transmittal's
Check stock coming back and raise any defects
Confirm the amount of materials being used on each site
Check collaboration on the materials and arrange for inspections when required
Liaise with the project and construction teams to understand requirements for future works
Own the stock checklist spreadsheet and highlight materials required to the PM/CM
Attend monthly meetings to review stock checks
Keep the compound clean and ensure waste materials are removed by any contractors
Be available during closures to issue materials
Take stock deliveries and check materials that were delivered
Monitor site security and highlight any concerns to the PM/CM
To be successful in this position, were looking for some who has;
Experience in the Rail or Construction Sector
P-way Experience (Desired)
Experience in a Store Manager Role
Needs to be flexible with Work arrangements
