Learning Mentor

Responsibilities

You will be needed to provide dedicated tailored support for a primary school pupil with autism.
You will be needed to cultivate an inclusive and supportive learning environment conducive to the pupil's growth.
You will be needed to employ effective strategies tailored to the pupil's unique needs, maximising their learning potential.
You will be needed to collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to craft personalised support plans.

Learning Mentor

Requirements

YOU MUST be Team Teach Trained to apply.
Previous experience as a Learning Mentor, particularly in assisting students requiring additional support.
Display empathy and a deep understanding of the diverse needs of pupils.
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a heartfelt passion for fostering student success.
