SR2 is currently recruiting a ServiceNow Product Owner for one of our leading consultancy clients on a long-term Government Engagement.
As a ServiceNow Product Owner you will be responsible for managing activities that will lead the effective delivery of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on building a 3-year roadmap for deployment of features, alongside product backlog refinement and prioritisation.
You will aid Technology Partners in standing up a ServiceNow delivery capability through a partner and support the supplier management.
Responsibilities:
Support the build of a delivery capability
Build 3-year product roadmap for ServiceNow
Strategic planning for ITSM across Incident Management, Change Management & request based workflows
