RECEPTIONIST – 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK (Full Time)
12 months maternity cover potentially leading into fixed contract
SALARY – £11.28 per Hour £21,996.00 PA
The Oakleaf Group are looking to recruit a keen and enthusiastic Receptionist to come and work within our administration team.
The position is a full time role and the successful candidate will manage the reception duties on our main rehabilitation site in Hartwell, Northampton between the hours of 08.30 – 16.30 Monday to Friday. The position is listed as maternity cover however this position could develop into a fixed contract.
The Oakleaf Group is looking for a dynamic candidate who has previous customer care experience. The successful candidate will be able to work using their own initiative and as part of a team, be proactive and able to maintain a caring, professional demeanour whilst meeting the company’s high standards. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare to patients by providing an administrative service focused on the resident and their individual needs. The successful candidate will provide effective and efficient administrative support to a team liaising with resident’s families, doctors, and other healthcare professionals. The main reception area is the central hub of our rehabilitation service and provides excellent communication to all areas within the company. The staff member will work consistently to provide high quality customer service in a professional manner.
Applicants must have excellent communication skills, be creative and have a good telephone manner. A good understanding of IT and minute taking are also required in this role.
