SC Cleared- 3rd Line Support Engineer/ onsite Stoke on Trent

Patch Management:

Implement and oversee patching processes, ensuring timely updates to systems and software.
Troubleshoot issues arising from patch deployment and provide solutions.

System Maintenance and Support:

Perform regular system maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Security Compliance:

Ensure that all patching activities comply with organisational security policies.
Proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed documentation of patching processes and system configurations.
Prepare reports on patching activities, system health, and compliance status.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with other IT teams to coordinate patching activities.
