HR Transformation Consultant

Job Title: HR Transformation Consultant

Duration: 18-month contract

Rate: £800 per day

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Transformation Consultant in Surrey. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the transformation of the People and Change service to enhance performance, proactivity, and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Director of People and Change and the service's leadership team to develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap and implementation plans.
Conduct a thorough review and challenge existing HR processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Design and implement innovative ways of working that promote performance excellence and align with the organisation's strategic goals.
Focus on enhancing core services to ensure they are easily accessible, executed with excellence, and customer-centric.
Prioritise customer needs by placing them at the core of service design and delivery.
Facilitate self-service options for customers, making interactions seamless and efficient.Requirements:

Proven experience in HR transformation within a local authority setting.
Demonstrated experience operating at HR Assistant Director level or above.
Strong track record of designing and implementing successful HR transformation initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to lead and influence change across the organisation.
