Attention all Learning Support Assistants! We are currently recruiting for an outstanding co-educational school in Richmond, which is just a ten-minute walk from Twickenham station. We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their already strong workforce as soon as possible. As a Learning Support Assistant, your duties will include: Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to access the curriculum Providing one-to-one support or small group support as required Helping to plan and deliver tailored interventions for students Providing support during classroom activities and assessments Monitoring and recording students' progress and behaviour Liaising with teachers, parents and external professionals to ensure that students receive the best possible supportThe successful candidate must have experience working with students with SEN, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
