Main responsibilities;
* High volume invoice processing
* Invoice matching to GRN's
* Taking ownership of designated purchase ledger and ensuring invoices approved in line with due dates
* Weekly payment runs
* Ensuring payment terms are adhered to
* Accurately logging queries and helping to resolve
* Escalate issues to Finance team supervisor
* One off payments
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Processing and paying expenses monthly
* Statement reviews
* Mailbox clearance
Who we are looking for?
* Previous experience in a high-volume transaction processing department
* Working knowledge of an ERP system - ideally COINS
* Ability to work to agreed deadlines
* Strong attention to detail
* To take responsibility for and pride in your ledger
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of subcontract & CIS advantageous but not essential
* Team player

Due to continued expansion, our Client has vacancies for time-served Platers / Fabricators within their facility based in Moray on a long term basis.
Working within a fabrication workshop, duties will include:
* Measuring and marking out plates and sections for cutting, shaping and drilling
* Operating machinery
* Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings
