This is a maternity cover position which has the potential to continue beyond the initial contract.
Job Purpose:
Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Supply Chain and Logistics Manager
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Logistics Administration
Carry out daily administration tasks related to supply chain logistics.
Provide cover for the transport planner.
Book ferries as directed.
Obtain load metres from suppliers.
Inform suppliers of collections.
Inform customers of deliveries.
Liaise with key stakeholders as directed.
2. Health and Safety
Ensure that you remain compliant with health and safety regulations and accepted safe practice at all times.
3. General
Provide administrative support to the admin operations team
