Our client, a leading provider of development tools for platforms, is looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supply ordering.
Maintain and update files, databases, and records.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support the HR department with various tasks such as onboarding new employees and organising company events.Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
