If you are a recruiter/ employer, we may offer refunds, after the consideration of each individual case. Recruiter/ employer must request refunds within 24hours of the purchase. Refunds may be given at the discretion of Pro Contract Jobs, providing the advert has not been live for more than 1 hour and no candidate has yet replied to the advertisement.
