The Safeguarding Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing safeguarding policies within my clients NFP organisation. The role requires a proactive approach to ensure all safeguarding processes are diligently adhered to, protecting all individuals involved, specifically for sports safeguarding.

Description
Develop and implement robust safeguarding policies and procedures
Provide training to staff on safeguarding issues and procedures
Ensure compliance with all safeguarding legislation and guidelines
Handle any safeguarding incidents in accordance with company policies
Liaise with external agencies regarding safeguarding matters
Regularly review and update safeguarding policies
Create a culture of safety and welfare throughout the company
Report regularly to senior management on safeguarding issuesProfile
A successful Safeguarding Manager should have:
An in-depth understanding of safeguarding legislation and guidelines
Proven experience in managing safeguarding in a related industry
Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
The ability to provide training and promote awareness on safeguarding issues
Experience in handling safeguarding incidentsJob Offer
