Simply Education are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Fully Qualified Teacher to join the team at a SEND school located in Gravesend, Kent. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education and support to students with SEND, particularly those with Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
You will need to demonstrate you can plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in English and Maths tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND. You will need to demonstrate you can utilise a variety of teaching strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities whilst creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, respected, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Requirements:
- Fully qualified teacher status (QTS) with relevant teaching qualifications and certifications.
- Substantial experience teaching English and Maths, preferably within a SEND or inclusive education setting.
- A deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by students with SEND, particularly those with PMLD, SLD, or ASD.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and prioritize workload.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to learn and adapt to new approaches and strategies.
