An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint a Head of OD and Inclusion, for 3 months in the first instance. Hybrid working will be supported.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Leading the OD and L&D function;
* Assuming operational responsibility for the delivery of relevant aspects of the strategy;
* Providing specialist expertise in embedding a diverse and inclusive workplace and culture, including developing the expertise and knowledge of the Board, Executive Team, managers, and employees on matters relating to diversity and inclusion;
* Supporting specific service improvement projects, develop and improve teams and team working;
* Developing and implementing a talent management and leadership frameworks that supports succession planning.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience of leading OD and L&D functions at this level within the NHS;
* CIPD qualification;
* Specialist OD certification;
* HLM 360-degree facilitator;
* Knowledge of education frameworks, quality assurance processes and NHS training pathways for clinical and non-clinical staff;
* Experience of reporting via ESR and/or Oracle systems;
* Extensive experience of designing, delivering and evaluating a range of OD interventions to deliver improved outcomes and performance
