We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to start on the 10th of june for 16 months looking after the groundworks / externals on a large infrastructure project.
Site Manager Responsibilities:
• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts manager.
• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety
• Keeping site diaries
• RAMS
• Quality Assurance.
• Managing the labour and putting men to work.
• Ensuring all paperwork is filed and organised.
• Liasing with the client, providing weekly/monthly progress reports.
• Pushing and following programme.
• Reading and understanding drainage drawings.
• Ordering materials.
Site Manager Requirements:
• CSCS card - Black/Gold
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• Experienced managing groundworks & external packages.
• Strong experience and knowledge of drainage.
• 4+ years management experience.
