Responsibilities:
Oversee the administrative and financial operations of the school, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support the school's educational goals.
Lead and support administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and cohesive team environment.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Liaise with stakeholders, including staff, parents/guardians, and external partners, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate facilities management and ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for all.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications or training in education, business management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in school administration, finance, or business management.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation principles.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team toward achieving shared goals.
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the school community.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Valid DBS and right to work document.
