Location: West Bromwich, Sandwell

Start Date: 9th March 2026

Salary: .56 per day (MPS from Day 1)

Contract Type: Fixed term contract (with opportunity to extend)

Are you a dynamic Dance Teacher looking for a full-time position in West Bromwich? Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a passionate performer and educator to lead a vibrant Dance department starting Monday, 9th March 2026.

The Role

This role involves delivering high-energy Dance lessons across KS3 and KS4. You will be responsible for inspiring students through movement, choreography, and technical performance. This opportunity will begin with a 2-week paid trial, with the opportunity to extend until the end of the academic year for the right candidate.

Requirements

To be successful in this Dance Teacher role, you will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Experience teaching Dance at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• An Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one immediately).
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to motivate young learners.
• A commitment to the school's extracurricular dance and performance schedule.
