Job Title: Factory Operative
Location: Maldon, Essex
Pay: 12.21
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Rotating (Training will be 1 week on a day shift)

We are looking for a motivated Factory Operative to join a busy production team assembling steel frames. This position offers full training on machinery and tools, making it a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is keen to develop new skills and progress within a growing company.

This is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity for the right Factory Operative candidate.

Duties Include:
Handling and assembling steel frames
Using drills, screwdrivers and rivet guns
Working to strict quality and safety standards

Requirements:
Able to stand for long periods
Comfortable with bending, twisting and some manual lifting
Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn
Previous manufacturing and production experience is beneficial but not essential
Own transport preferred due to shift times

Hours and Pay:

12.21

Monday - Friday, full-time

06.00-14.00

14.00-22.00
