Production Operative - Braintree, Essex

Pay Rate: 12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm (early finish on Fridays)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

We are working with a well-established manufacturer based in the Braintree, Essex area who are looking to recruit a reliable Production Operative to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. The company produces both standard and bespoke products for a wide range of clients across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out light assembly of products and components
• Working with small parts and materials within a production environment
• Supporting general production and manufacturing duties
• Quality checking items during and after production
• Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working area

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within manufacturing, production, or assembly is beneficial
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Able to work efficiently as part of a small team
• Comfortable handling small components
• Reliable with a positive, hands-on attitude

Hours, Pay & Benefits

• 12.21 per hour, paid weekly (while working though Prime Appointments)
• Monday - Friday
• 07:30-16:30 (early finish every Friday)
