SEN Teacher - Colchester - ECT / Mainstream Transition Welcome

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SEN Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Colchester. This role is perfect for Early Career Teachers or those looking to transition from mainstream teaching into SEN.

The Role:

• Deliver tailored lessons to students with a range of special educational needs

• Develop and implement personalised learning plans

• Support social, emotional, and academic development

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure student progress

You:

• Qualified teacher (ECTs welcome) with a passion for SEN education

• Experience in mainstream classrooms and looking to specialise in SEN

• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
