About you - HLTA - Daventry, Northamptonshire

• Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or has substantial experience in a similar role
  Confident covering whole-class lessons across KS1 and KS2
  Experienced delivering targeted intervention groups to raise attainment
  Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  Supports pupils with SEND and adapts learning to meet individual needs
  Works collaboratively with teachers and senior leaders
  Committed to a long-term role within a school setting
  Professional, reliable, and passionate about pupil progress
