Veritas Education is working in partnership with a Secondary SEMH School in Dorking to recruit a number of committed and compassionate education professionals to join their team.

⚠️ Important: The school is in a remote location, therefore candidates will more than likely need to be drivers with access to their own vehicle.

Specialist Secondary SEMH provision

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidates will have:

Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs (education, care, youth work or alternative provision)

A calm, resilient and patient approach

Strong behaviour management and relationship‑building skills

A clear commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing

The ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamTeaching roles: QTS or equivalent preferred

Support roles: Relevant experience essential; qualifications desirable
