Hybrid/Remote Working: Hybrid (working on site 3 days per week)

Hours of work: 40 hours per week

Role information:

We are seeking an experienced Workstream Lead to oversee the delivery of multiple high-profile projects within a major strategic programme.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Projects, you will lead project teams, manage budgets, resources, risks, and schedules, and ensure delivery is aligned with project governance, compliance, and quality standards. You will be responsible for driving performance, coordinating stakeholders, managing change control, and supporting continuous improvement across the workstream.

The ideal candidate will have significant project management experience within complex, regulated environments, strong leadership capability, and the ability to manage interrelated projects at pace.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering critical strategic projects within a highly demanding operational environment.

Qualifications/Experience Required

A degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related discipline is required, alongside APM qualification (or equivalent).
