Location: Tower Hamlets - near Stepney Green Station

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, long-term

Daily Rate: £90-£110 per day

About the Role

A forward-thinking primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a caring and committed Learning Support Assistant to join their team immediately. The role will involve working closely with pupils who need additional help to access learning, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting children with a range of learning needs across the curriculum.

Providing targeted interventions to reinforce classroom learning.

Working one-to-one with pupils who benefit from extra attention and encouragement.

Assisting with classroom management and ensuring all learners are engaged.

Collaborating with teachers, SENCO, and support staff to deliver inclusive education.

About You

Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or in a similar role.

Understanding of supporting pupils with SEN or additional learning needs.

Positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

A passion for helping children progress both academically and socially.
