Project Manager (Contract)

Based in Leicester

Monday to Friday Day Shifts

£450 - £500 Day Rate (Outside IR35)

Until March 2027

This leading manufacturer of specialised equipment is currently on a rapid growth phase and is winning a variety of new projects. Due to project win the company is now looking for a Contract Project Manager to join the team. The day-to-day responsibilities of the Project Manager will include the following:

Manage and monitor the progress of automated machinery projects

Act as the single point of interface between design, manufacturing, and the customer

Ensure clear communication across all stakeholders

Conduct and support risk assessments and failure mode analysis

Ensure work is completed in line with project timelines and quality expectations

Support documentation and reporting requirements

Track project timescales, actions

The Project Manager must possess the following skills & experience:

Previous experience as a Project Manager within an engineering or manufacturing environment (Automation), Pharmaceutical or medical device industry

Strong understanding of GAMP principles and failure mode/risk assessment processes

Excellent communication and client management skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
