Salary: £93 - £105 per day (depending on experience)

This is a full-time opportunity with an immediate start available. The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will play a key role in supporting classroom learning and helping pupils thrive in a safe and encouraging setting.

As a Primary Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Providing targeted 1:1 support and small group interventions to help pupils develop literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
• Assisting with tracking student progress and reporting observations to teaching staff.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.

To be considered for this Primary Teaching Assistant role, candidates should:

• Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in an educational or care setting.
• Show a genuine passion for supporting children s learning and wellbeing.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach to work.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Meet all GSL safer recruitment and safeguarding requirements.
• Hold an Enhanced Child DBS registered to the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
