Civil Engineer - Commercial Development & Infrastructure Projects

Beckenham / London Hybrid or Remote Working
40- 43 per hour
6-Month Contract Outside IR35

This role will focus on infrastructure and drainage design, supporting technically detailed development schemes using Civil 3D across a fast-moving project pipeline.

The team is open to candidates with transferable experience from large-scale residential or development infrastructure projects, making this a strong opportunity for engineers looking to broaden their project exposure.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

• Delivering drainage and infrastructure design packages
• Producing technical drawings and engineering information using Civil 3D
• Supporting large-scale commercial development projects
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams and consultants
• Supporting projects through technical delivery stages
• Assisting with design coordination and project documentation

What They're Looking For

• Experience as a Civil Engineer within a UK consultancy environment
• Strong Civil 3D capability
• Background in drainage and infrastructure design
• Experience working on development-led projects
• Good technical coordination and communication skills

Experience across:

• Commercial developments
• Residential infrastructure
• Large-scale site development

would be highly beneficial.
