Join a well-established social housing contractor and secure a long-term contract with weekly pay and the potential for a permanent position in the future. As a Plasterer Multi Trade, you’ll be working across domestic council properties throughout Northamptonshire, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair work within tenanted homes.

I’d love to hear from anyone who has worked as a Plasterer Multi Trade, Multi Skilled Operative, Multi Trader, or Property Maintenance Operative within social housing or domestic maintenance environments.

As a Plasterer Multi Trade, you will be:

Carrying out plastering repairs within occupied and void council properties

Completing minor plumbing and basic carpentry repairs

Undertaking finishing works including tiling and painting

Delivering high-quality maintenance work across domestic properties

Working independently across multiple properties throughout NorthamptonshireI’d love to speak to anyone who has:

Experience working within social housing or council properties

An NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plastering

A full UK driving licence

Experience completing multi-trade maintenance works

Strong customer service and communication skills when working in occupied homesThis Plasterer Multi Trade role is offering the following benefits:

£23 per hour

CIS payments available

Potential for extension or permanent employmentThis role is offering a rate of £23 per hour on an ongoing contract basis.

Location & travel

This role is based across Northamptonshire, covering domestic properties throughout the county. The area offers excellent road links including the M1, A45, A43, and A14, making travel between properties straightforward and accessible from surrounding areas including Northampton, Kettering, Corby, and Wellingborough.
