Roofing Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Supervisor to oversee re-roofing (roof replacement) projects across Plymouth and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in roofing and experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

Supervising roofing teams on strip & replace projects

Managing daily site activities and programme delivery

Carrying out quality inspections and snagging

Ensuring health & safety compliance

Liaising with clients and subcontractors

Delivering toolbox talks and supporting site teamsRequirements:

Roofing Supervisor / Foreman experience

Strong re-roofing / roof replacement background

Knowledge of pitched and/or flat roofing systems

SMSTS / SSSTS preferred
