Vanta Staffing is currently recruiting Production Line Assistants for a busy and fast-paced food packing environment in High Wycombe.

As a Production Line Assistant, you will support day-to-day operations to ensure products are prepared, packed, and dispatched to the highest standards.

• Assisting with the preparation, picking, and packing of food products

• Ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

• Operating machinery and equipment safely in line with company procedures

• Previous experience in food production (preferred but not essential)

• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking individuals

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
