Aspire People are currently recruiting for a confident and experienced Level 2 Primary Teaching Assistant to work within a busy and supportive primary school setting.

The school is seeking someone who has a solid understanding of the UK curriculum and can confidently support pupils through targeted intervention work, classroom support, and academic development.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children reach their full potential and becoming a valued part of a school team.

Main Duties:
Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 depending on experience
Delivering booster sessions and intervention work in core subjects
Supporting children with varying learning abilities
Working closely with teachers to support lesson delivery
Encouraging pupil confidence, engagement, and independence
Helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Has recent experience working within a UK primary school
Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience
Has strong curriculum knowledge across primary education
Is confident leading interventions and small-group support sessions
Is reliable, adaptable, and hardworking
Has a genuine passion for supporting children within education
