Maintenance Assistant (Facilities Management) - Merseyside - L30 4YD - Full time

Our leading Facilities Management client is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join the team in Merseyside L30 4YD.

Overview

• Full Time
• Monday to Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM
• PAY RATE: 13.75/hr PAYE
• ASAP - June 22nd 2026
• Mon to Fri

Duties include:

• Need Maintenance Assistant with full UK drivers licence.
• Work involves completing PPMs like door checks, water tap temp monitoring, lift comms.
• Reactive works like unblocking sinks, toilets, hanging notice boards, they must be willing to join our on call rota to cover the sites.

Experience needed:

• Immediate to start
• Related experience
