£280-£320 per day June Weeks
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of a 30-week refurbishment project on a bus depot in Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied scheme with build and EV elements. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing external works & EV installation packages
  • Coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
  • Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company procedures
  • Manage programme delivery and monitor progress against project timelines
  • Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Work closely with the visiting Project Manager
  • Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and progress reporting
  • Manage logistics, materials and site resources effectively
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and drive programme delivery
Essential Qualifications
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS (Black or Gold Card)
  • First Aid at Work
  • Relevant construction qualification (HNC/HND/NVQ/Degree desirable)
