Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum

Create a positive classroom environment where pupils feel supported and motivated

Track and assess pupil progress to support continued development

Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners

Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

Promote positive behaviour and strong classroom routines

Contribute to the wider school community and school activities

Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching within Key Stage 1 is desirable

Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

Good behaviour management and classroom organisation skills

Creative and adaptable approach to teaching and learning

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Passionate about helping children achieve their best
