Position: SEND Teaching Assistant (Day-to-Day & Short-Term Supply)
- Location: Moseley
- Pay: 95 per day for candidates with a minimum of 3 month's experience supporting children or young people in an educational, care or SEND setting. 100 per day for candidates who hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and have over 12 month's previous experience supporting pupils with SEND including ASC, ADHD, SEMH or SLD.
- Hours: Flexible shifts (Typically 8:30am - 3:30pm)
- Start Date: September onwards

- Classroom Support: Assist the class teacher by managing behaviour, keeping students engaged, and creating a fun, inclusive learning environment.
- Personal Care: Provide essential personal care support to students. Please note: You will never be expected to do this alone; another staff member will always be present.
- Adaptability: Easily slot into different primary classrooms and adapt quickly to the needs of various children with SEND.
- Experience: Previous experience supporting children with SEND (e.g., ASC, ADHD, SEMH, or SLD) is highly valued.
- Attitude: A vibrant, "can-do" approach with plenty of empathy and resilience.
- Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 TA qualifications are a plus, but the right attitude and a passion for SEND are what truly matter.
- Compliance: You must hold an Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
