Lead Operational Surveyor - MRICS - £500/day - 12 Months

📍 South West | Hybrid Working

Panoramic are supporting a local authority in the South West to scout for an exceptionally talented Lead Operational Surveyor the role covers a large property portfolio with a range of assets from buildings to car parks. Its a well-scoped interim role with enough length to make a real difference. You'll act as a key liaison between senior management working within a well structured & supportive team.

You'll be involved in everything from rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations through to supporting wider operational estate strategy and acting as a key link between department heads.

The Role

* Lead and support a team of surveyors across a varied estate.

* Manage rent reviews, lease renewals and valuations.

* Provide strategic operational estates advice.

* Act as a key liaison between departments and stakeholders.

* Support the smooth day-to-day running of the operational portfolio.

About You

* MRICS qualified

* Strong operational estates and landlord & tenant experience.

* Background within Local Authority.

* Confident leading teams and managing stakeholders.

* Commercially minded with a proactive approach.

💰 £500 per day

📅 12-month contract
