EYFS Teacher - Ellesmere Port Area

Location: Ellesmere Port & surrounding areas
Start Date: September 2026
Contract Type: Part-time / Full-time opportunities available
Salary: MPS / Competitive rates depending on experience (supply rates available too)

Academics is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teachers to support a primary school in the Ellesmere Port area.

The Role

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support children's social, emotional, and academic development
• Adapt learning to meet the needs of individual pupils
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, staff teams, and parents
• Monitor and assess pupil progress to support positive outcomes

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending QTS
• Experience teaching within an EYFS setting is desirable
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for creating inspiring learning experiences for young children
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
