Our client has a long-standing partnership with a major UK high street bank, supporting the bank’s personal lending customers. You’ll help customers who contact us with questions or requests about their loan accounts, making sure they get clear answers and the right outcome.
They are looking for Customer Service Advisors who genuinely put customers first. If you enjoy making things straightforward, take pride in resolving queries quickly and accurately, and don’t mind getting stuck into more complex requests that may involve working with colleagues across different teams, this role could be a strong fit. You’ll get real satisfaction from helping customers and getting it right first time.
