Location: Onsite Distribution Centre, London
Contract: 4 to 26 weeks (overtime available)
Pay : £12.50 to £15.50 per hour plus shift allowance where applicable
Shifts: Rotating shifts and weekend work may be required depending on site demand

Environment
• E-commerce fulfilment
• Retail distribution and returns
• FMCG and fast-moving warehouse operations
• Pharmaceutical and controlled supply chain environments
• 3PL logistics sites and multi-client distribution centres

What you will do
• Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners, RF guns, or pick lists
• Pack items securely to quality standards, applying labels and documentation correctly
• Support goods-in activities, including checking deliveries, counting stock, and labelling items
• Assist dispatch operations such as staging pallets/cages, wrapping, loading preparation, and paperwork checks
• Support stock control with location checks, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies promptly
• Maintain housekeeping standards, keeping aisles clear and work areas tidy
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including manual handling and site rules

What we need
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working to productivity targets and quality standards
• Physically able to be on your feet for the duration of a shift and complete manual handling tasks
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings or weekends when required
• MHE experience (PPT/LLOP/Reach/VNA) or forklift licence is useful but not essential
• Good attention to detail to ensure orders are picked and packed correctly

Nice to have
• Previous experience in picking, packing, goods-in, dispatch, or returns
• Experience using scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with fast-paced fulfilment or 3PL environments
