Senior Foreman/Woman

Location: Longside, AB42 4XS
Rate: 28.53 per hour
Hours: 07:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)
Duration: Until December

A leading construction and infrastructure contractor is currently seeking an experienced Senior Foreman/Woman to support the delivery of a major Energy Hub project based in Longside , AB42 4XS.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong civil engineering and infrastructure experience to take a leading role in managing site operations, driving programme delivery, and maintaining the highest health & safety standards on a large-scale project.

Duties of the Senior Foreman/Woman include:

• Supervising and coordinating daily site operations and workforce activities
• Leading teams of operatives and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Ensuring programme targets and project milestones are achieved
• Maintaining and enforcing high health & safety standards across site
• Conducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and daily activity planning
• Monitoring quality of works and ensuring compliance with project specifications and procedures
• Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors to coordinate works
• Assisting with planning and sequencing of civil and infrastructure works
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues proactively
• Supporting overall project delivery through strong leadership and communication

Requirements of the Senior Foreman/Woman include:

• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Previous experience working as a Senior Foreman, Foreman, or Site Supervisor on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of construction health & safety regulations and procedures
• Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour team
