Rate: £250 per day
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm
Duration: 6 weeks
Additional Work: Saturday 30th May + potential further Saturdays in June Handover: Monday 25th May, 7:30am (onboarding & site briefing)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee works at a Health Centre in Manchester. This role requires a hands‑on manager with strong organisational skills and a solid background in strip‑out and fit‑out projects.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring health & safety compliance across site
Daily and weekly reporting
Co‑ordinating labour, subcontractors, and site activities
Managing strip‑out and fit‑out phases to programme
