Service Now Enterprise Architect

**Job Summary:**

As a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect, you will play a key role in our company’s success by designing and implementing robust ServiceNow solutions that meet the strategic objectives of our organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring the architecture aligns with business strategy and technology standards, optimising the performance and scalability of our ServiceNow platform.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow architecture strategies and roadmaps.

- Lead the design and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and technology initiatives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture components, and ensure effective integration with existing systems.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to ensure high-quality implementations.

- Optimise system performance and ensure robust security and compliance measures are in place.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform capabilities and user experiences.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience working with ServiceNow platform as an architect or similar role.

- Strong understanding of IT service management, IT operations management, and related processes.

- Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications.

- Experience in cloud environments and integration with other enterprise tools
