We’re working with a leading FTSE 100 organisation in West London to appoint an accomplished Senior Project Manager to drive high-impact technology and business change across an enterprise-scale environment. This role suits someone who thrives in pace, complexity, and ambiguity, and can quickly bring structure, momentum, and clear outcomes.

Role Purpose
You will lead complex IT/technology programmes, operating across hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall). You’ll partner with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external suppliers to deliver large-scale change, while maintaining strong governance, clear communication, and alignment across business units.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead large, complex technology and IT change programmes within a major enterprise environment
• Deliver across hybrid methodologies, blending Agile and Waterfall approaches effectively
• Engage and manage a broad stakeholder landscape, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Coordinate third-party vendors, including delivery of packaged/off-the-shelf software solutions
• Bring clarity and structure to evolving programme environments, setting direction and maintaining pace
• Ensure consistent alignment across multiple business units, potentially within global/enterprise contexts
Requirements / Experience
• Demonstrable experience delivering enterprise-scale programmes as a Senior Project Manager
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing capability at senior levels
• Strong track record delivering technology-led change and transformation initiatives
• Background in fast-paced sectors such as Retail, Manufacturing, FMCG (or similar) is highly desirable
• Proven experience managing third-party suppliers and vendor-led delivery
• Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid programme environments
• Project Management certifications (achieved or in progress) are beneficial
