Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Paisley
Remuneration: 16.50 per hour
Contract Details: Temp - 6 months, (Potential Permanent Opportunities)

Are you looking for a new opportunity as a Manufacturing Operator, and wanting to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment? This is an entry-level position providing essential support to on-site manufacturing operations, ensuring daily production requirements are met in line with quality, safety and performance standards.

The role allows individuals to develop skills across multiple work areas, offering flexibility and structured progression within a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Operative!
• Ensure daily requirements for the manufacture of cell culture media and reagents are met.
• Maintain high performance standards to support overall efficiency.
• Embrace learning opportunities across various work areas for skill development.
• Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to uphold quality and service standards.
• Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Working Pattern:

• Full-time with a rotating shift pattern:
- Week 1: Early shift (6am - 2pm)

- Week 2: Night shift (10pm - 6am)

- Week 3: Back shift (2pm - 10pm)

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Hours per week: 37.50

Education & Experience

• Full training will be provided; we seek individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the industry and a drive for continuous improvement is essential!
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment will be advantageous for your application

Working Conditions:

• Work in a manufacturing environment with varying gowning requirements.
• Engage in manual handling tasks and stand for extended periods.
• Safely handle chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Must be able to work on a rotating shift pattern.
