Job Description

Contract Bioinformatician - 100% Remote - outside IR35

Exalto consulting are currently recruiting for a contract bioinformatician, this is 100% remote working, outside IR35, initially 3 months likely to extend due to the workload. 

Strong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python, R, or similarfor data analysis.

Experience working with cloud computing platforms, preferably Amazon AWS, agentic systemcs

Strong analytical skills, particularly in accuracy and reproducibility analysis of biomarkers Desirable:

Experience working with the Illumina Dragen Platform

Experience with agentic AI frameworks.

Experience working with Domino Data Lab

Experience working with Nextflow or similar productionized pipeline orchestrator
