An AI-focused organisation is hiring Senior Software Engineers into its R&D team, building systems that push the limits of computer vision, deep learning, and autonomous vehicle or machinery technologies.

Role: Senior Computer Vision Engineer - Robotics
Location: London, on-site
Package: Negotiable, including stock options

What you’ll be doing

Training policies via representation learning, behaviour cloning, and reinforcement learning, from data to deployment.

Building pipelines that fuse vision, language, audio, proprioception, and 3D data.

Scaling distributed training and optimising models for real-time edge inference.

Helping shape how intelligent systems learn and act in the real world.

What we’re looking for

3 years’ experience developing deep learning systems, with shipped models or published research.

Hands-on experience with Vision Language Models, LLMs, or generative models.

Strong Python and PyTorch/JAX skills, including debugging, profiling, and shipping.

A passion for bridging the gap between simulation and reality.

This is a technically challenging role with the chance to make a real impact on how AI and autonomy move from research into the real world. Candidates with autonomous vehicle or machinery experience who are happy to be on-site in London are especially encouraged to apply.
